Can you tell me the difference to a purple slate to a regular slate?


I'm interested in that mahoe I've just never ran a purple slate before.

this Purple you can crank up more like a glass call or you can call soft like old slate....  Red slate is the hardest , Purple, Green and Grey... it's a really good all around  call

Thanks for that information, I was wondering myself as I intend to add at least a red by next season and purple after that. I have the others.

Got the cedar slate over slate in the mail yesterday. Looks great, effortless roll over, and the sound is pure turkey.
If you haven't tried one of Paul's pots you need to.
