Favorite henbox combos

Just wondering what combo on your henboxes is you're favorite. I have several henboxes and hands down snakewood for the lids. Box combos are spalted apple , english walnut , black limba , persimmon , teak and hawian mango. All have snakewood lids and would not get rid of any of them. So , what do you like ?

Katlox over Teak and Rosewood over Walnut are both excellent as well. I have to agree though,?Snakewood is probably my favorite lid for henbox also.

Katolax over Butternut and Snakewood over Crabapple. Two different sounding combos but all turkey.

I've wondered the same thing. I just might be giving Richard a message here soon to see if he can build one. I like the Turpin better than hen box personally but they play the same in my opinion. I'll let you know what he says when I message him.

Is it just me or is there a big surge in snakewood on box calls
I know it sounds good , just a big surge is all
