Burris FF3 and Speedbead issues

Burris FF3 & speedbead mounted to a Rem 870 won't Adjust down anymore.

I've maxed out the downward adjustment and the POA is still approx 10-13" higher than the POI....Is there anything I can do besides shimming the back of the sight?

Resolved:

Added extra material under the rear of the mount and also snugged down the rear tension screw on the mount as hard as I could go without breaking/stripping it

I could not keep a FF3 on on my M1 so I gave it to my son and he has had no issues on his 870
I put a Bushnell trophy on my M1 love it

Holds 0 no issues at all and a quarter the price!!
