Turkeys are stupid

I wrote out the entire game plan the other day and left it where the turkeys could easily find it.

Apparently not a one of them can read!

Oh they read it alright. How do you think they knew what to do and what not to do.

I spent 14 hours chasing them up the steepest nastiest burned out country I know of. I fell down a bunch, ran out of water, and hiked 11 miles. I hate turkeys...... I will be out next Saturday.

"I hate turkeys.  Let's catch some Reds on Wednesday."

We did not catch any reds, but did catch a mess of trout.

I don't know about turkey being stupid but these PA birds sure are making a fool of me. I might be the stupid one here. LOL!

So true. My buddy tries to figure out each year how much I pay for turkey breast each year (license, gas, time. etc.). I always tell him that I don't want to know how much I pay per pound...lol

Turkeys my way are so stupid, they don't even know when the season starts so I can shoot one. They just seem to go about their business as though I'm not even there.
