Looking for reccomendations benelli super nova and mossberg 930

I have some #9 federal heavy weight I'm wanting to pattern but haven't read much about patterning in these 2 guns. Can someone point in the right direction of choke constrictions to start at. I hate to use a .655 and be needing to start with a .675.
Both guns are 12 ga. All shells are 3" #9

From what I've seen I have ordered a .660 Sumtoy choke for my 930. Seems he has it pretty well figured out.
