Need Advice for Franchi Affinity 3 - 12 Gauge

Just purchased a 12 Gauge Affinity 3 as my new turkey gun. Love the gun...fits me well and lightweight.

I shoot Winchester X-R 3" #5's (one more box left then I will go to the Longbeards). My buddy is a big Jeb's Choke fan and he talked me into ordering a Jeb's. The Jeb's  rep recommended their .655 Headhunter Choke.

Bottom line....I am pretty disappointed in the patterns I am getting. I was wondering what Choke and loads others may be using with this gun that they are pleased with.  I am pretty frustrated and ready to put the factory XFull tube in and try it.
