Yep. I believe he died @ 15 years ago. There were 1986 limited edition turkey vests made. Good design. They are so expensive now because people have lost their *#@! minds!

Much like $65 pot call going for $300 on ebay. It's all about who thinks they need it & want it most.

I bought one  way back when at the convention, it's been a good one but I retired it this year and bought the new nomad vest, it's nowhere near the vest the Bob Dixon is bit it is still a nice vest, may have to look into putting mine on eBay for that kind of money.

I sure don't see the infatuation with paying that much money for a vest. Bob Dixon was a bonafide turkey killer and seemed like a real nice man but dang, come on.
