Trying to decide between the Stoger M3500 or Weatherby SA 459

I am trying to decide between the Stoger M3500 and the Weatherby 459 SA. Opinions on each would be very appreciated. I know the  Weatherby can't shoot 3 1/2 but other than that is my only drawback.
