Got this box from Dan on Saturday and can't put it down. The box is a butternut and cedar which is one of my favorite combo's for a long box and he hit this one out of the park. I just got a sitka spruce of his in a trade I had to give up a precious call to get it but I think he might be the most under the radar longbox maker out there very high quality workmanship.

Dan told me his website is not up and running and he plans to leave it that way. I found him by doing a google search. He's retired now and only plans on doing around 10 boxes each year. Can't say if he sells the holsters separate or not. Give him a call. Great guy to talk to.

If he has extra holsters he will sell you one. I think I paid 25 for one and it's great.  Has three different options included for carrying it also.  Great idea.
