Here is something that I eat in the hot summer days,
2 cans of pinto beans
1 cake of corn bread ( I like the jiffy brand)
Ranch dressing
Red/yellow/green. Bell pepper
1 large sweet onion
1 hot pepper
1 lb fried bacon
Make the corn bread , I add 1 tablespoon of honey to my mix
Put 2 cans of pintos in cassarole dish cold do not cook
Crumble the corn bread over the beans
Add ranch dressing ( I us a whole bottle ) on top of cornbread
Dice up the peppers , onion and bacon and top the ranch dressing
Put in fridge to let it get cold and then enjoy,
