I'm normally not one to promote custom calls but for any of you guys that like tubes calls you might want to check in to getting one of these.
Those that know me know I am a diehard tube call fan, usually using my homemade Doan's Pill cans. When I saw this call I was a bit skeptical as I've had dozens of custom made tubes that just ''won't hunt''
After talking with the maker I decided to give it a try and trust me this call WILL HUNT!
Made by Jason Booser aka- turkeyfanatic here on OG, this one is African Blackwood. Hard to beat for $45

First morning out with this call I struck this bird and well the proof is in the puddin'

Not the greatest hardware but I'll take it.

Screen shot my buddy took just as the load of #6's hit him

My first turkey calls were old tin snuff can's and my very first homemade slate was a small turtle shell with a piece of school house chalk board slate fixed inside of the shell and a piece of cedar trimmed and stuck inside of a corn cob for the striker....i still have all these calls...You can strike a bird with a tube call when nothing else will work...nice call for sure...
