I guess it's yes, but rarely. 
I put a hen and jake deke out on one hunt.  They worked.
Love to hunt the King of Spring!

Sometimes I do. I even used an Orange safety decoy late one Spring to lure in a boss gobbler. His hen came in for a close look as well and 4-5 pesky jakes. I nailed the boss.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
