To all you guys that wear glasses, how do you keep them from fogging up? Early in the morning I can't see a thing because mine fog up. When I take them off, I REALLY can't see a thing. Any help? thanks

Quit breathing so hard when that boss tom is strutting in.
But seriously they make some spray stuff that is supposed to work but I've never tried it. Cat Crap is supposed to work too.

I've also heard of people using saliva or dish soap. I think the whole idea is to break the surface tension so steam cant stick to the lenses. I had that problem but switched to contacts.

I just don't snug my mask down as tight as most folks where the breath can escape. Sometimes they will fog up on real humid mornings, but not too bad.

I finally found a mask that I can put my glasses on the outside of it and this helped aleviate the fogging problem. Now glare off of the glasses can be a problem, but that's better than not being able to see. When I was scuba diving, we used saliva on our masks to aleviate fogging and that helped a lot so I imagine that would help with glasses, too. But, I'm not too keen on looking through a sheen of spit while trying to sight in a turkey.

Try putting Rain X on your lenses, this should correct your problem.

Dishwashing liquid works great. Put some on your fingertip and rub it on the inside and outside of your glasses and then wash it off. Works with safety glasses for sure!!

Thanks for all of yalls comments. I will try the dish soap I think. I thought about rain ex but I'm afraid it will mess up my lens. I guess I could use facepaint instead of a mask....Nah, I will stick to a mask. thanks again guys! <>< del

I've got one of those masks with a mouth hole. I've found that if you pull the elastic strap of the mask just below your nose, and do your best to breathe thru your mouth, your glasses won't fog as badly.
