Can somebody tell me what wood these strikers are?

Pretty sure it's jatoba.

 They both look like the same wood but the tops are different

Agree with Jroddc. I own the same striker of his on the right in your picture and it's jatoba. As far as I know the only two piece's he has available right now through his website are purpleheart, hickory, dymondwood, and jatoba.
