All forums get trolls.  However, this forum has a lot less than most and this is one of the best on the Web.

There will be trolls, just like there are scammers. The old days Have long gone where a hand shake was as good as a contract. You could leave your doors unlocked day and night. Now a days If you give a person a chance to make a buck off of you and do no work for it, strong chance it can happen. And as far as to one question about a lot more activitie on sites now is because its getting close to turkey hunting. Like my self Don't have much time all year to check Old Gobble except every couple of weekends. But this time of year can't stay away, always checking on seeing what you guy have to say. Dont post a lot takes to long for me to type, just taking in all the good information you all Post. So thanks to all of you's, so some trolling is for information not to make a buck.

This forum does have considerably less trolls than most forums...

As far as the "discussions" involving decoys, blinds, or other personal ethics...  I do not think there is anything wrong with sharing personal perspectives, as long is it is done with some degree of courtesy and respect.

I realize that my little corner of the turkey hunting world is drastically different from those of others, and I find it interesting to see different perspectives, methods, and personal ethics...  I do not agree with them all, and once posted on a public forum, it is my prerogative as to whether or not I want to engage in such discussions.
Did I do that?

Fly fishermen are born honest, but they get over it.

Some folks enjoy arguing.

Okay, enough on this topic. I need to go start a thread on reaping.   :turkey2:

Had a troll come up into my turkey campsite one day and decided he was going to pick up where I didn't know we left off.

Everyone wants to be successful - some just need help.
