Mount for FF 3

Has anyone used a speed head mount to mount the FF3 on a SBE 2 that has a steady grip stock on it? Just wondering what I should order. Would like to get the FF3 but not sure whether I should go speed bead or picatinny.

I'm not a big fan of the speed bead mount but I'm probably in the minority.   Jump over to the gun sights section and post it there. You should get lots of good advice.
