I seldom have Ebony, but found this piece hiding in my cut off pile.  It was just big enough for a 3" Copper pot and that is what it became.  Has the typical rasp and volume of the copper and runs very consistant with the Ironwood striker.  $65 Shipped...Thanks...Andy
