Sx3 and Carlson question

Have a sx3 and currently shooting nitro 518 4/5/7 out of a rhino but have been reading about the Carlson Longbeard choke out of this gun. Any users or info?

I have shot that choke in the Invector .660 and "Crio" .665 models with 3" WLB shells with 1 3/4 oz of #6 shot and it did  a good job. Patterns were even without 2" or larger gaps.
