Had a decent day at the local gun show yesterday. Got a Cva scout 20ga I've been looking for. And a few boxes of old school ammo I couldn't pass up.

I have one of those guns and it shoots the Fed HW 7's great with the factory choke real well.  You're going to love it.  I checked the CVA website and they don't make them any more, at least not with interchangeable chokes and camo stocks.  Good find!

If that box of Remington Hevi is full, you stole them. I loved those loads. Was the first Hevi load I ever killed a spring gobbler with. Used lead before in a 10 ga but those things were more effective in my opinion.

Yep that's the very first box of true turkey shells I ever used...killed a few birds with them and was a damn shame when they quit making them.  I think my dad might have a couple of loose shells still floating around somewhere in his basement.

Wow what a deal on the Hevi's!  I loved that load. I still have a box or two of those federals, but not in 3-1/2.
