Where to get Sumtoy 562-5?

Just bought a new 20 gauge 1187 compact with 21" barrel.  I'll be trying out an Undertaker choke and my Truglo SSX choke (with Federal HW #7 shells).   If neither of these perform to my liking how/where can I get a Sumtoy 562-5?
