I am looking to buy my first trumpet and learn how to run it before next season. Which maker would you recommend ?

I can personally speak for Buice, Natural Addiction, Brian Mero, Motherlode, AGE, Pappy, and Ralph Permar. They all make quality trumpets that are easy to learn on.

I have bought and sold several, Im not a collector.  In my opinion, Matt McLain is tops!

Go ahead and get a Buice and practice, practice, practice. You'll want to quit and sell the call but it'll come to you eventually.

Don't forget me if you buy a Buice and want to sell......... :TooFunny:

I am always interested in preowned Buice trumpets..especially old ones.
