Finished My 4th Tough Mudder

I finished my 4th Tough Mudder near Pensacola last Saturday. It was a tough course, a lot of running in sugar sand, up and down hills, and some nasty red clay. A lot of fun will be doing Atlanta in 3 to 4 weeks. At 63 I was one of the older fellows there, average age is 25-35 years old.
