Ok so I go my super mag barrel shortened. I got a good patten out of mag blends. I put some stuck on Tru Glo sights (they are very low profile) and my POI is a little high. I have another set of Tru Glo sights that are magnetic and seem to sit a little higher on the rib. Would this raise POI even further? Does moving the back sight toward the end of the barrel lower POI?

Try it without the rear sight installed it might shoot too low then, just depends on height of both. If you go with both front and rear, I'd keep them as far apart as possible.

A shotgun rear sight isn't nearly as critical as the front sight. For that reason most shot guns don't have a rear sight, except slug guns and some turkey guns. The taller the front sight the lower the POI.
