What size IC choke and what shell??

Actually not sure on construction I found that IC in my safe and don't know.  The shell is a 3.5" magblend 5,6,7

The constriction isn't stamped on the tube??

If it is an Indian Creek choke it is stamped on the tube.  Unless you are referring to an Improved Cylinder choke??
