I did have a bird working me last season on a very small public spot right off the road. The bird was on a fast approach he suddenly stopped, and I thought I heard him approaching from uphill behind me (which would have been odd cause it was really steep)...Suddenly someone yells "what are you doing?..." I knew it was over, so I walked up to meet the guy and explained I was turkey hunting... He was friendly and curious, but also clueless. I thought about taking tape to mark off that spot while I was hunting in the future, but that would only let other hunters know it was there (it is kinda' a secret little gem).
