Spring Creek box

Bragging time! Just got my new black Walnut and maple short box from Mike. Great call! Looked at several boxes but went with Spring Creek because my wife let me get away with spending $38.00. I've spent a lot on hunting this year lol. Anyway here she is. I must say sturdy box. I had never seen how he angled the side walls in a picture so I've included one here. Also I ordered Tuesday and it was in my mailbox Friday!

Just got one from him as well...  Not one of the best values for a box call, I would say it is the best value...

Better sounding than more expensive brand name calls, and sounds as good as any other custom call...  Nice looker as well.

I had a nice conversation with him before purchasing the call, I explained what type of birds I was hunting, and the sound I wanted.  He recommended the best combination for my preferences, and the call surpassed my expectations.

It's always nice to deal with a call maker that takes pride in their product, and truly wants to put the best call they can in your hands. Mike's stuff is quality, no doubt! I know I'm super happy with the Purpleheart / Cedar combo.
