Hey guys, what do you all mean by deep cleaning and how do you do it, and does it ever not help don't want to sound stupid just want to understand more about this maybe something i could try.

Deep cleaning will not hurt a chrome lined barrel, and yes, based on my experience it improves patterns in them as well.
