Fast Fire III adjustment questions?

Ridge Rooster

Checking zero on my FFIII the other day and noticed that my horizontal adjustment screw was very easy to adjust, almost to easy. I could not feel any type of click, all most feels like a friction adjustment with very slight resistance, if any at all. I only needed a couple of clicks and had to be very careful not to move it to far. My vertical adjustment has a slight click so I would think that the horizontal would also. Just thinking that it might jar the screw enuough to allow unwanted horizontal movement? This is my first red dot and I used it last year on a couple turkeys and didnt notice any movement, removed the battery after season and reinstalled a new one the other day. I made a coule click adjustment which should have been less than an inch at 40, but probably really didnt need to move it, but thats when I noticed the horizontal screw being so easy to move. What is yalls experience with your FFIII's, and is this normal for them??
