Steady grip change poi

Recently switched from a field grade stock to a steady grip on my sbe2. Before it shot dead center on the pattern board but would it be wise to repattern my gun with the new stock?

If your shooting a bead. It will probably shoot a touch high due to the comb height change. I would definitly shoot a round to make sure!

Always a good idea when you change anything.

Definitely check it. Comb height can be different as well as cast on/off.

Sounds like a big ole yes! Hoping it didn't change much but I'd hate for that moment to come and wiff on an old gobbler.

That thing will rock your cheek with 3.5 to raise and soften the comb, go with the Goda grip. I think Reynolds 243 has a picture of his all set up.

No lie there. I had a Steady Grip on an M1 and it was as bad as any shotgun I have shot, 3 1/2 12 bore or my 10 bores.

Shoot those 3 1/2 mag blends rocked me with the field stock, can't be much worse with the steady grip, except that butt pad is rock hard!
