Slate Calls

I'm looking at getting a a call from Hook's. My question is what is the difference between the Classic Slate and the Assassin Slate? Being that I spent most my free money on up coming trips and money being tight now will the Classic be a good choice?

If you are tight on money the Classic will serve you just fine
