Will the extra 1/8 ounce of shot make that big of a difference when it comes to 4 shot? I'm already getting right around 160 on paper with the LB 4s, can the be much better than that?

With the reduced velocity of the Magnum LongBeards I think you're already where you need to be.

Not much extra shot for the 150 fps loss.
Better than good.

The only way to tell what that shell will do in your gun with your choke is to shoot it in your gun and see.  You are looking at 16 or 17 extra pellets with #4 shot on average.
