My 9 year old son and I made our first morning scouting trip this a.m. Must have heard 200 gobbles. No joke! After all the birds arrived in the hay field I could see why. 209 birds total. I counted 37 mature gobblers and my boy insists there were 40. Either way, excited for this flock to brake up as our hunt starts in just less than a month.
