Finished my second Tough Mudder competition, this one was a little tougher then the first one. The course measured on my GPS 12.75 miles long. The obstacles was more difficult for the most part, the running was on sugar sand and the terrain had more up and down elevation then the last course. Had a good time but it was good to finished and drink my Shock Top at the Finish Line. I received my standard orange band and also received my Legionnaire band for running more than one Tough Mudder. It was a good weekend.

Looks like you'll be well trained to crawl under your neighbor's fence.

LOL You are right I do not know any game wardens that can run 12 miles.

Congrats!  That's a great feeling to do something like that.

I feel like I keep myself in pretty good shape and I did one last year that kicked my tail!

They've stepped up the obstacles this year that's for sure.  I think they were getting a little flak for their gimicky obstacles that weren't really challenging at all.

Ran one last year, but this year I'm running the Spartan Trifecta.  3-5 miles, 6-8 miles and 10-12 mile obstacle courses, 25-35 obstacles each, and every damn one of them is on a ski resort it seems.  First race is less than 3 months away.
A veteran is someone who, at one point, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America' for an amount of 'up to and including their life.'

That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.

Good Job!!

Yes I prefer the spartans to the tough mudders, the mudders seem just that all about mud and making you uncomfortable and dirty but not really about testing your strength the same way a good spartan can do. The mudder is certainly an accomplishment based on distance
