elite 3 vest question

how do the super elite 3 vest fit as far as size goes...if you wear an xl shirt  what size vest would ya wear  then  I know the strap vest seem to run way big didn't know how these style vest fit

I currently use a medium/large super elite 3.  The first one I owned was an XL/ 2XL and it was too loose fitting for me.  The medium/large fits me great and I always wear XL shirts.

What is your height and weight, Dirt Nap??   I'm 6'1" and weigh 225 and the XL/XXL vests fit me just right.  Once you load it with all of your gear I would wager that the M/L vest will be too small.

6'0 230 so im guessin I will need xl/xxl or a lot of salad lol

I would definitely go with the XL/XXL.
