Scouting today--not much luck

I was out listening at daybreak and didn't hear a single gobble.
It's been real dry around here and I found only two tracks.  I did find a couple of J-turds so I know they're still around but I wasn't encouraged.
We've had a lot of timber cut, very few mature trees left and then they're drilling five gas wells on the property and putting pipelines all over.
Turkey ridge is now a huge gas well site, leveled off and covered in gravel.
Some of my other honey holes are gone forever too.
This season may be a real tough one for me.
But I'll be out there!
