Maybe, but I wouldn't. I had the maxus all purpose that was drilled and tapped. The holes had Steel inserts in them for added strength. Unfortunately though browning uses a proprietary scope base that only allows use of a scope or red dot that uses weaver style rings. I looked far and wide for a picatinny rail and even tried to have EGW make one for me but they blew me off. I wound upp using the Browning base and putting a ff3 on it. Unfortunately the Browning base is fairly tall and I didn't get comfortable cheek weld. But it works. I tried using aftermarket sights too but the maxus rail prevents attachment of most aftermarket sights.
I loved the gun but honestly the only way to use it is with a bead. I went back using my sbe 2 and the maxus for ducks only now. Good luck
