Looks like Im going to texas this spring. Friend I grew up with invited me to his uncles ranch in Hamilton co tx!! 2 bird limit. $126 license.  Hopefully I will get a rio this year cause next year Im headed to florida!!

Congrats! I've never had the chance to hunt Rio's, but would like too. Osceola's on the other hand I do have experience with and have taken quite a few.
