Rose wood finish help

Wondering what the best finish for rosewood would be I have wax finished some but would like to see if there's something better to use any help be great?

I use a water based acrylic clear, very durable, fast drying and polishes out nicely, but after some answers I got on here, some I have been using a tung oil, then a friction polish

Rosewoods tend to be oily by nature. You can wipe down with acetone before applying a finish and it will help a little. Personally, I use a CA finish on all of my calls and have never had an issue
