Poi issues

So i patterned my gun twice this month well janurary and my poi is consistently right and i,ve trien aiming to the left some to center it but it still hits left . I was shooting off a trash can at 30 yds. And i was wondering if it was flinch and what i could do to get it centered.   If i can i wouldnt wanna use Kentucky windage whith a turkey in sights. ANY HELP APPRECIATED!!!

Cool you are taking time to pattern, too often people grab a shotgun and go turkey hunting, with no idea if the gun's point of impact matches the gun's sight system.  I had a Mossberg 500 that had a POI 2 - 3 inches left and 3 - 4 inches low. 

If your gun has a rib, I'd get a set of aftermarket fiber optic sights that are adjustable for windage and elevation.  That should get you lined up.  Start out with low brass field loads too, that will reduce or eliminate any flinch when you get the new sights adjusted.  Once you have that field load centered, then try the hunting load for verification.

Another option if your gun is threaded for a choke is to try a different choke, sometimes that will influence the POI.

Try different shells,choke. Clean your bore real good. Try shooting from a rest and in a hunting type situation. Watch your trigger pull. A lot of shotguns have rediculous trigger pull and flinching along with it could be real bad. Shoot some 2 3/4 stuff and see what your poi is like.

Get you a set of Williams Slugger sights.  they clamp onto your vented rib, so you can't hardly knock them off.  If you look at my sights, my rear sight is way to the right side.  Had to adjust it this way to hit dead center.  They proved themselves on four birds last year!!!
