I'm thinking about making some turkey jerky if I kill a turkey.Is it good or not?

I get rave reviews on mine each year.  Haven't met anyone who didn't like it.

do a search on here for turkey jerky.  I posted the recipe a couple years back.  Good stuff!

I've done it with my deer jerky recipie

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
