1.) do you use Binos for turkey hunting?

Not around my "home" areas. It's all fairly thick pine, so they are not needed. When I travel to KS or any other state with more open terrain, yes.

2.) what do you take when going out?

Gun
Shells
A few diaphragms
A box call
A slate, glass or ceramic, and a aluminum pot
6 or so strikers
A few conditioning tools
Cell phone
Crow call
2 bottles of water
Pruning shear
Pocket knife
Peice of string
Therma cell with replacement parts (when hot)
Face mask & gloves

The above stay in my vest most of the time. The below is in the truck and sometimes makes the trip out.

Gobbler lounger (I use a lot)
Rain suit
Decoys
Snack or sandwich
Tree saw
More water
Bug spray

Do you need a wheelbarrow ?

Baby wipes are a great idea, I will add that to the truck list. I've always kept paper towels and hand cleaners in my box, but can see a where a gentler solution would be welcome.

Tail Feathers

I sometimes carry binoculars, mostly when hunting unfamiliar territory.  They can be very useful when you don't know the terrain intimately.

I carry what most folks there do.  Wipes are better than TP in the woods.  I buy the packs of unscented ones, about 1/4" thick, easy to pack.  One for the bum, one for the hands. ;D
Love to hunt the King of Spring!

I'm a blind hunter.
So what ever I can pack that I need, I take it.
If I think I'm going to hunt in the open, I take as little as I can.
Calls, shells, decoys, and drink.
The older I get, the less I want to drag around unless I'm in the blind.

Gooserbat

Here is my vest :z-twocents: list and yes binos are listed.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
