With that factory choke the Federal Heavy 7's with the FCW would probably give you the best of both worlds, but a higher cost per round.

I trust the guy that did the shooting of these patterns. IMO, shoot the 5s, better hunting pattern and the 5s will carry more at 40 yards than 6s. Good luck!
