Deer season is still going and I'm already anxious for SPRING!!!!!

Yep, sitting out in the woods last week I found myself listening for a yelp or a gobble or at least a flydown.  Nothing.  No deer either.  I did get a yote though.

I was deer hunting this morning and got excited when I thought I heard some yelping.
I looked harder for a turkey than I did a deer.

I saw 3 longbeards last week while deer hunting and it got me excited for spring.  Although I am sad to see this deer season end since I had an awesome year and we were seeing a ton of deer once the snow hit.  I am calling it quits now since I filled my buck tag and I don't want to take any more doe out of there.  So, I have quickly switched gears and I am anxiously awaiting spring.
