I hope that you are speaking of the last minute to look for a shotgun. After all , he's been married 30 years and couldn't have forgotten that date.  Could he? And next year I'll get you some shells since they are sold out now. I do hope that this isn't a trick so that he can use her gun to remind him of her while he is out hunting.

I'll throw a plug in for the gun. I got one for my wife for Christmas last year. She was usually about 50/50 hit miss ratio prior to this gun. I patterned it with hevi #7 and mag blend with the factory choke and topped it with a tru glo red dot.
Patterning from both loads showed kills to 45 yds with no problem.

I carried it to ks and killed a bird at 42 with it and my wife went 2/2 in mo. With a 28 and 41 yd kills. It is a pleasure to carry, recoil is minimal and has functioned flawlessly with 100 3 inch shells shot through it.
