To Make More Turkey (redistibute them as well)

Season here has two, maybe three weeks left, and my complaint is not that we don't have turkeys. I actually don't have a complaint, other than turkeys not being on my land. I want to increase the population immensely and I'm not sure how to do it.What I do know is I have 900 acres of forest and pines to deal with, and water in the only true hollow it holds(runs through the middle of the lease.I have the timber co fifth rowing 50% this year so I now can capitalize on the open space and broken ground. I understand Chufa...I have hand tools and a budget that rides on the back of a small atv....how do I make Turkey Mecca....and also help out those born this spring?

turkeys in the spring always wanna hang around fields they pretty much head there after fly down if you have these then plant some  clover or chufa and maybe let one just get a little higher grass so they can peck for bugs this has always hurt our camp wee have no fields. fields is where they want to frequent
