so does everyone think this new shot lok technology will just stay with Winchester or do you think the other shell companies will be entering this into their lineup...wondering what hevi 13 would be like with this applied...?

I don't know if it would really help hevi shot that much. The main purpose of it us to keep the shot from getting deformed. Hevi shot, due to its hardness, doesn't deform anyway. I think any gains seen would be small. Then again, weirder things gave happened.
