I have another choke question?

I realize the magical what choke question has been beat to death on this page but I just ordered a kicks gt .690 for my 24" BPS. I was just looking for a good "universal" choke. I now choke, shell, gun combos will give different results but from what I have read here the gt seams to be a popular choke with a lot of shells. Not really looking to set any records on pellet count just want a choke that will put a consistent killing pattern together with a variety of shells. If anyone has a suggestion on shells that would be great. I know the fed hw 7 are a popular choice. Thanks

Any Federal shell with a flight control wad will work great.
