Success in kansas

I just got back from my first trip to kansas, it was a great time and I was thankfully successful in taking my first rio grand turkey, he wasn't the biggest bird I've ever shot but defiantly just as memorable as all the others. Thanks to all that replied to my questions about hunting western birds, I hope I can help others in the same way in the future.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons. However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
