I bought one awhile back and worked and worked at it. Not sure I've got it down but never say die. The D-n-D guys make it sing. But as we all know....every gobble is different so I think it's worth trying out and adding to your arsenal. Just my opinion.

I tried the hale fire and didnt like it, never got a chance to run the haint. I've called birds in gobbling on a mouth call and can be a lot more consistant with that just not as loud.

I've had good results with the Hale Fire, although I generally prefer "wooden" calls; I don't use it enough to even worry about it, really.
