After much much research I finally picked the Carlson extended non ported turkey choke .670. Patterned it the other day and these were my numbers sorry I didn't get a pic.

Mag blends 3"
40 yards 10" circle---216 pellets
50 yards 10" circle---104 pellets

I'm pretty pleased.
